ゴルフしてきました。
盛り上がりまくり、幸せな気持ちになって帰ってきました。
ゴルフほど、
人の心があたたまるスポーツってないと思います。
なぜって、
”ハンデ” という仕組みがあるから。
ハンデは、過去プレイした結果を反映して、
実力に応じて下手な人ほど大きな”おまけ得点”をもらえます。
実力の上下あるメンバーでゴルフをして、ハンデをつけて順位をつけると、
実力とは関係なく、トップ争いをすることができます。
過去と同程度の力を出せば、（おおまかに言えば）得点はみんないっしょ。
ってことは。
まず第一に。
盛り上がりっぷりがすごいです。
なんでって、みんな普通の実力出せば、優劣がつかないんだから、
全員が競争に参加しているのです。
こんなスポーツほかに無いです。
次に。
ハンデをつけると、順位の決定方法が、
”実力” → ”上達度” に変わるのです。
過去（ハンデを算出した結果）より、いいスコアを出せば、
下手な人でも上位に食い込めるのです。
天才だ、ハンデを発明した人は！（倒置法
上達したものに褒章を与える。
これ人材育成の基本（頼む。上司。
そうした過程の中に身を置くことは、精神的にもとってもよいものです。
なんと、あたたかいスポーツでしょう。
本日、私はこの仕組みにちょっと感動してしまいました。
他のスポーツにも取り入れたいですね、ダーツとか。
