昨日、水泳をしてきた。
好きなのに去年の夏はあまり泳がなかったし、プールの話を最近聞いて導かれてるような気がしたり、村上春樹の小説の中でよく泳いでいるのを読んでうずうずしていたり、父の若い頃の写真と現在を比較して自分のスタイルに危機感を感じたり・・・、と小さな理由が重なっていた。
合計してもmotivationは大きくは無かったが、それを妨げる気持ちはもっと小さかった。
ただ変化を望んでいた、ように思う。
週に5日働いて、2日休んで(マクロ)。
マクロがマンネリしているのに、仕事(ミクロ)でinnovationを起こせるわけないだろ？
変化を起こす癖をつけておかないと。
とか書いてみたが、ただ水泳をしただけだし。
